The Corporation as a distinct legal entity is of the utmost importance when consdering the hidden corridors of power, the shady deals and the evil committed in the name of profit.

There is no harm in endeavour, and no harm in reward for hard work and good ideas, but the corporation is simply an evil entity. It allows for personal rewards on a massive scale but without personal responsibility.

The legality and definition of a corporation is complex so this section is short and to the point, an organisation which can make individuals incredibly rich and which has a defined legal responsibility to make the maximum profit for its shareholders, yet which allows those in charge to escape personal responsibility is simply wrong.

It is this defining of a Corporation as a distinct impersonal entity which is the heart of the very evil that is committed in the name of corporate profit. Men are killed in avoidable factory accidents, people are pushed to the limits of humanity, countries that lack necessary legal restrictions allow corporations to run sweat shops with forced labour and appalling conditions that knowingly damage health. All of this is done in the name of the Corporation, if personal responsibility were imposed upon these businessmen it is doubtful so much of this evil would take place.
